Welcome to Knotral! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of training.knotral.com (the "Platform"), operated by Knotral ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Scrape, copy, or distribute Platform content without authorization
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
Impersonate any person or entity
Share or resell access to training content without permission

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and training materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Knotral or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial training purposes.

5.3 User Content

If you submit, upload, or post any content to the Platform ("User Content"), you grant Knotral a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such User Content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

6. Training and Certifications

6.1 Course Completion

Completion certificates or credentials are issued based on your performance and completion of required course materials and assessments.

6.2 No Guarantee

While we strive to provide high-quality training, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or career advancement as a result of completing courses on the Platform.

6.3 Credential Validity

We reserve the right to revoke certifications or credentials if we determine that they were obtained fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

Certain features or courses may require payment. All fees are clearly stated before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law.

7.2 Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

7.3 Payment Information

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any defects will be corrected
The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
The Content is accurate, complete, or current

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOTRAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the Platform
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform
Any errors or omissions in any Content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Knotral and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your User Content

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

13. Changes to Terms

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
